Digital experiences
A clear path through the offer, not just a polished first screen.
A useful website makes the next step understandable. Before concentrating on a hero image or animation, the team needs a content hierarchy, a clear audience and a realistic idea of what visitors should be able to do. Existing content, forms and operational dependencies belong in that discussion early.
The design work can establish page structure, navigation, responsive behavior and reusable components. It should distinguish a visible marketing interaction from the systems behind it. A contact form, account button or price card does not by itself provide an inbox, secure login, booking service or payment system.
Implementation responsibilities need their own agreement. Hosting, domain access, content migration, accessibility review, analytics and ongoing maintenance may involve the client or other providers. A prototype and a handover guide are useful only when the intended implementer can understand the decisions and the boundary of what has been delivered. Review content ownership, keyboard navigation and realistic small-screen states before treating a visual prototype as ready for a real public launch.
