Concept / Editorial identity
Standard Time
A repeatable identity study for a fictional journal of work in progress.
Standard Time explores how a journal identity might remain recognizable as issues and subjects change. The starting point is a hierarchy rather than a decorative cover: the name should stay clear, the issue marker should be easy to replace and the surrounding grid should make room for different kinds of work.

Approach
The cover explores a warmer editorial palette, while the square application tests a type-led lime-and-ink direction. Both use the name, issue marker and a repeated grid as organizing devices. They are parallel original concept options, not a final identity delivered to a client or a photograph of a journal that was printed, distributed or sold.
An actual identity handover would need production dimensions, type licenses, color specifications and rules for the material that follows. This sample shows the design reasoning and a few illustrative applications; it does not promise print manufacture or an unlimited library of finished assets.
Design outcome
The qualitative outcome is a coherent issue and application hierarchy, not a claim about readership, revenue, brand growth or a client endorsement. Standard Time is an independent fictional concept.
